I am a descendant of Isabella Livingston. I have been interested in family history most of my life and have spent a good share of that time collecting stories and pictures of ancestors and making them into different kinds of small books to share with my family members. I took a genealogy class at BYU 40 years ago but didn't really get involved in research until just the last couple of years. I now spend a lot of time doing research and am constantly learning something new. The majority of my research has been on my English lines and I have found hundreds of cousins to add to my tree in the last couple years. Now I am finding there are many cousins to add the Livingston family in just the short time I've been researching it. I have trained most of the family history consultants in my area on how to use FamilySearch Family Tree and I teach classes on research every year in my stake in New Mexico. I also teach interested people one on one to get them started researching their family. I can teach in person or over the phone long distance. I'm constantly looking for people who want to learn. I am frequently asked to give talks to motivate others to do their family history because this is my passion.
