I was born in Ogden, Utah on November 5, 1946. My Father is Lewis Ray Livingston and my Mother is Irene Mary Broadbent. My paternal Grandfather is Abram Livingston and his Father is William Livingston. I was educated in the Moffat County Schools in Craig, Colorado graduating High School in 1964. After serving a Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for 2 1/2 years in the Southern Far East, Hong Kong, I returned to complete my studies at Brigham Young University leaving there to work for Utah Wool Marketing Association in 1971 and graduating college in 1979. I was married in the Salt Lake Temple September 4, 1971 and raised 8 beautiful children in Meeker Colorado. For the most part of those years I was engaged in the Sheep Business first with Family and later on my own. After a difficult divorce in 1999 and again in 2001, both from Rozan Holbrook, I found myself once again in Provo, Utah where in 2005 I realized true happiness in marriage when I met and married Myrna K. Barrick Church. I am a co-founder of the Soldier Hollow Classic Sheepdog Championships celebrating 10 years this 2012 labor day weekend. I continue to work in the Sheep Industry having recently worked as the Executive Secretary to the Utah Wool Growers Association. I currently serve on the Board of Directors of the Livingston Family Association here in Utah.
