William (Will) D. is William Dick (born 1871)
William (Will) D. Livingston, who raced with the Sanpete Creeper, must have been William Dick Livingston, born 26-March-1871. William moved to Salt Lake City in 1908. It would have made sense for him to be driving to Salt Lake from Sanpete - perhaps returning home from a visit to his relatives.
