Livingston Family Association Board Meeting

Review Minutes
Minutes from last meeting approved.
Finance - Enid Cox (by phone)
- Enid reported that there is $723.33 in the checking account and $3,500 in savings.
- Request made that Enid prepare a historical analysis of income and expenses to see what are trends actually are.
- Enid & Ted will form a committee of two to research donations. Specifically how to generate more or cut costs.
- Ted will speak at the reunion requesting increased donations.
- Enid to present cash flow information at reunion.
Newsletter - Charlene Clark
- Charlene, Ann & Ross will divide up the database to call and solicit email addresses.
- Charlene to prepare a postcard to go out May 20 with basic reunion information on it and directing them to the website for detailed reunion information. If they don't have access to a computer, they will be able to telephone and I will mail them a hard copy.
- Reunion Information to be included on the detailed website document needs to be to Charlene by May 5.
Reunion
- Stott has contacted Dick Livingston & David Cook and they will be bringing 6 horses.
- Stott’s daughter will be doing children’s activities – face painting & Indian jewelry.
- Charlene to bring some card games and footballs/Frisbees for the teenage crowd.
- Ross to check with Dennis Davis on details for taking family pictures -- then get to Charlene to include in "reunion information".
- Breakfast possibilities: Breakfast burritos; bacon/sausage, muffins, fruit
- Ross to research purchasing sound system.
- Box lunches will be made available for pre-order. Ann to get details.
- Camping available both Friday and Saturday
- We will have Committee Signups at the reunion - Reunion, Ancestry Research, Newsletter (submit stories), Ancestry Project, etc.

Ancestry Research Project - Ted Livingston
- Ted to put something together to unveil at the reunion.
Website - Ross Livingston
- Reviewed current email addresses. Ross also reviewed email options that are available.
Reunion Assignments
