- Invocation: Dana Rogers
- Minutes of January 16, 2011 LFA Board Meeting were read and approved
Treasurer's Report: Enid
- Financial Report
- Checking Account Balance: $1,589.84
- Savings Account Balance: $3,931.35
- Lorraine Misener (descendant of Charles) of Bountiful contacted Enid asking for help with the identification of some family members in a box of old photographs. A long sought-after print of “Granny” Livingston was located. Plans are being made to obtain digital images. Hopefully, the picture will end up in the LDS Church History Library.
- Action Items
- Steve will work with the Church History Museum to draft a contract for LFA Board approval creating an archive for LFA items
- Doug (Ron’s son) will contact Lorraine and ask about making a high quality digital image of the picture
- Action Items
- William “Bill” Livingston is organizing a tour of Scotland for the family members traveling there in July. The tour includes the Pitre: avie Castle in Dunfermline
- Action Items:
- Enid to provide Dennis with trip details
- Doug (Ron’s son) will get Enid information of the DNA project and Henderson papers file in the Scottish Archives
- Action Items:
Social Director’s Report: Doug
- 2011 Reunion
- Church recreational property in Lehi is reserved
- Highland Game tickets are $15, children under 12 are admitted for free
- Reunion reminder notices with RSVP will be mailed out in May
- Weekly reminders will be sent out via email through May
- A formal tour cannot be conducted at the LDS Church History Museum on the day planned, but family members are welcome to visit as individuals
- Action Items::
- Dana will arrange reunion mailing
- Dana will and collect RSVP information for the temple session and the breakfast
- Doug (Lewis’ son) will prepare an email reminder listing the activities
- Dennis will prepare a 2nd email reminder asking family members to bring old photographs for digitizing
- Mary Ann will prepare a “Granny” Livingston presentation
- Doug (Lewis’ son) and his family will prepare breakfast for the family
- Dennis will bring equipment to digitize photos
- Doug (Ron’s son) will prepare documented genealogical information on the five generations beginning with Archibald (1808) and extending to Archibald (<1700>)
- Steve and his extended family will arrange and conduct the children’s games
- 2012 Reunion planning
- The date is set: June 22nd & 23rd, 2012 at Heber Valley Camp
- Plans are being made now so that it can be announced at this year’s reunion
- Action Items
- Steve will reserve 3, 3-cabin campsites (a total of 9 cabins) and the main pavilion in order to accommodate an estimated 150 family campers
Research Director’s Report: Mary Ann
- Dana has learned of a 2nd box of pictures that need to be identified and digitized

- Dana will follow-up and report
- Dana has a number of family names she expects to have ready for Temple ordinances for the June reunion
- Action Items
- Dana will contact family members in Australia seeking permission to perform the ordinance work

Recruiting Director’s Report: Dana
- The February 2011 LFA newsletter was produced and mailed very inexpensively ($215.90). Well done all!
- Concern was expressed that the latest LFA Newsletter did not get distributed electronically as planned
