Review Minutes
Minutes from Q1 meeting were read by Ted and with a motion by Charlene and second by Blaine approved unanimously.
Nominating Committee Report
The Nominating committee has made no progress as yet. Ted gave everyone who needed it a list of the Board. Blaine still needs a copy of the data base.
Reunion Report
Stott has arranged for Ron Watt to present at the Quarry. We reviewed the reunion schedule. Postcard needs to go out immediately to get the camping number to everyone so they can make reservations if they choose to.
Postcard to include: reunion info, schedule, camping number, Dues are Due, and RSVP plea.
Another postcard needs to be sent May 30 as a reminder.
Reunion schedule:
- Friday, June 18
- 2:00 pm or after – arrive at The Spruces and set up camp, visiting
- Saturday, June 19
- 8-9:30 am – Continental Breakfast provided by Association
- 10:00-11:00 am – Business meeting – Ted in charge
- Shaunna to do fun “who traveled the farthest”, etc with prizes
- Items to cover in meeting:
- - Where to hold next reunion
- - Elections
- - Blaine – presentation on decendency
- 11:00-11:30 – Board meeting (everyone invited, only Board can vote)
- Shaunna, Research Director, – how, what, etc. needs to happen
- Assignments – Chair, etc.
- No meeting to be held in July
- 11:00-11:30 – Kids Games – Stott to ask Mary if she will do this
- 11:30-12:30 – lunch – provided by association
- 1:00 pm – trip to the Temple Quarry in Little Cottonwood Canyon, presentation by Ron Watt.
Enid wrote a check to Janet for $300.00 to cover food expenses. Janet will plan on 150

- Ross – mailing labels to Charlene
- Ross – copy of data base to Blaine
- Janet – Reunion food
- Shaunna – Who traveled farthest and prizes
- Stott – arrange for someone to do children’s games
- Charlene – send second postcard May 30

- Blaine – Decendency presentation at Business meeting
- Shaunna – prepare plan for research to present at Board meeting
