Reviewed the minutes from 3Q 2003 board meeting. Accepted with following change:
- Changed heading from “2Q2003” to “3Q 2003” to correctly reflect date.

Report on 2004 reunion
Theme: The Mountain of the Lord
Location: Big Cottonwood Canyon (Spruces) and Little Cottonwood Canyon (quarry)
Dates: Friday and Saturday, June 18-19, 2004
Program - Friday, June 18
- The Spruces campground reserved for those who would like to camp
Program - Saturday, June 19
- 08:00 - 09:30 - Breakfast (OJ, milk, bagels, muffins, fruit)
- 10:00 - 11:00 - Business meeting/History/kids games
- 11:30 - 12:30 - Lunch (BBQ sandwiches, watermelon, drinks, chips, desert)
- 12:30 - 15:00 – Fieldtrip to quarry in Little Cottonwood Canyon. Speaker to give walking tour.
Possible speakers for quarry tour and business meeting include Susan Easton Black and Ron Watt.
Both breakfast and lunch to be paid for by family association.
RSVPs will be accepted at ross_livingston@yahoo.com to get some idea of how many to anticipate for meals.
Nominating Committee
Janet, Dwight, and Blaine accepted assignment from Ted to serve as the nominating committee for the 2004 board election.
Board terms that will be completed in 2004 include Charlene Clark, Enid Cox, and Shaunna Wozab.
It was suggested that the committee look for candidates from the Charles and/or Isabella lines to have better representation on the board, which currently stands at six from the James line and three from the William line.
The committee will have nominations for review at the April 11, 2004 board meeting.
