Opening
Dale announced that after the 2003 reunion, he will no longer be able to serve on the board and will need to be replaced.
Review Minutes
Minutes from previous meeting (12-Jan-03) read and approved
Reunion Report
Ted reported on the reunion plans:
- Family History Table – to be ongoing throughout reunion
- Have histories there for people to view
- People can bring histories
- May try to have a scanner available
- Dinner will be at Birch Creek unless there is inclement weather, in which case we will eat at the Moroni Stake recreation center.
- Breakfast – provided by board
- pancakes, eggs, bacon, syrup, butter, hashbrowns, catsup, paper plates & plasticware, orange juice, napkins, table cloths
- Cooks: board
- Cemetery Fieldtrip – Enid to arrange
- Earl – James Campbell Livingston
- Enid – Agnes
- ??? – William
- Children’s games – Janet is in charge and will have games ready.
- Business Meeting – Dale to develop agenda
Board Member Elections
Ted moved to create nomination committee with Enid, Charlene, and Ross as members. Approved.
Financial report
- Maximum amount for checks with one signature increased to $500
- Signature card savings: Enid, Ross, Charlene, Ted
- Signature card checking: Enid, Ross
- Checking balance: $2,098.49
- Savings balance: $3,441.91
