Review Minutes
Minutes from July 22, 2002 meeting read by Ross and approved by the board with changes:
- Charlene’s email address updated: char.clark@attbi.com
- Enid’s email address updated: enid1283@attbi.com
Reunion report - Ted
- Reunion will be held June 13-14 2003 (Friday & Saturday) at Birch Creek
- Ted has discussed with Donley, who has agreed to host reunion at his property in Birch Creek
- Ted and Donley are planning a trip to Birch Creek this fall to work on details
- Will arrange for porta-potties
- Research on non-camping facilities in surrounding area – lots of options from Richfield to Nephi. Updated list due this winter. Include facilities list in February 2003 newsletter.
- Plenty of room for tents, campers, motor homes, etc.
- No specific activities planned to date, but the following were suggested:
- Evening/Campfire program
- Come dressed as your favorite ancestor
- Bagpipes?
- Kids dancing in period attire (plaid)
- Ugliest hat contest
- Coordinate family history portion of reunion with Mary
- Let people bring genealogy to be scanned
- Family history instruction
- Writing family history
- Computers
- Getting started
- Family history through photographs – Shaunna
- Interviewing
- History in a jar
- Food
- Dinner,
- Supply meat: BBQ turkey, rolls
- Potluck: salads, deserts
- Own: Drinks
- Breakfast
- On the LFA (ham, eggs, pancakes, etc.)
- Need griddles & dutch ovens for warming

- Solicit stories, tidbits, etc. on a theme (e.g. most interesting camping experience)
- Living Livingston Spotlight
- We will encourage submission of email addresses so we can publish electronic newsletters to as many as possible. The quality is better and the cost much lower.
- Next newsletter scheduled for first part of November
- To include volume and issue number on newsletters

Closing
Board voted to move board meetings from second Monday of quarter to second Sunday of quarter to enable board members to follow prophet’s admonishing to be more faithful in holding Family Home Evening on Monday nights.
