Board Business
The members of the board with the dates of their term expiration were determined to be as follows:

Shaunna Wozab was elected to serve as President.
Kay Livingston is serving as Secretary-Treasurer during Enid's mission.
2002 Reunion
The 2002 reunion will be held at Zion Ponderosa Resort in southern Utah. MaryLisa Livingston and her husband are managing the resort and will make it available for the reunion. Our first decision is what the date will be. We will stay Thursday and Friday nights so people can arrive on Thursday and leave on Saturday. We decided that Shaunna will contact them with our choice of dates:
- July 11-13
- July 18-20
- July 25-27
We will ask about options for staying additional days.
When the date is determined, they can give us specific figures for the newsletter. We will send out a newsletter by the end of October with the information for registration. We believe that we can expect people to register within 30 days.
We hope that they can register directly with the resort.
The prices include lodging, meals, and all activities. Livingstons can stay in the campground free of charge. The family association may pay for the Friday night meal. The family meeting will be on Friday night.
We looked at a promotional video of the resort facilities and activities. There is a web site with the activities, facilities, and prices. Shaunna will take portions of the web site and incorporate them into the newsletter. She will also use the handout from the last reunion so that everyone will have a copy of it. Kay will mail the newsletter.
