Reunion Plans
August 21, 1999
Cherry Hill Campgrounds
Reservations from 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM at Applewood Pavilion
Stephen volunteered to supervise children during adult meeting, and will provide stories of ancestors for children.
Suggest food: Sloppy Joes, Chips, Green Salad, water to drink and watermelon or fruit for dessert
Program and Business Meeting
Livingston Book
Stephen reported on his visit with Ron Livingston in order to get his cooperation and permission to copy the book. Ron wants a sincere apology from the organization and certain individuals (Enid) for assuming ownership. Discussion was held regarding best action to be taken. It was suggested that Dwight draft a letter of apology and send it to board members for their approval, changes, or additions.
Newsletter
Enid will put together newsletter during February to include a history and information about the reunion. Then a meeting will be called to get mailing out.
Compute Report
Shaunna has computer all set up and software installed. Photos and histories can begin to be collected, scanned, etc.
