Dear Relative,
Enclosed you will find printed postcards concerning the Livingston family reunion. We are hoping that the date and arrangements meet with everyones approval. Would you please send out the card to family heads and ask them to notify the other families in their groups. Space is provided on the bottom of the cards for any additional information you may want to add such as, suggesting the combing of lunches or sharing of transportation, etc.
Please send the cards out right away so everyone may make their plans. Also it should be remembered that postal rates are going up, so these should be sent while they are valid.
A piano will be provided for the program. If each of you receiving this letter will take the responsibility of encouraging everyone you send cards to, to have a number on the program and let our Program Chairman Arthur Livingston in Spanish Fork know of that number so that he may have the time to arrange all the numbers, it would be greatly appreciated.
Let's all show enthusiasm and get all these families out to get reacquainted and have a rousing reunion.
